摘要
我们利用 SrRuO/SrTiO 超晶格作为光 - 声换能器，在 SrTiO 单晶中合成了亚太赫兹纵向准单色声子。利用超快 X 射线衍射确定了生成的声子谱。对时域中生成的声子谱的分析揭示了依赖于 k 矢量的声子寿命。观察到即使在亚太赫兹频率下，声子寿命也符合 Akhiezer 模型中已知的关于超声衰减的 1/ 幂律。在由于合成声子的高振幅而出现的非线性效应框架下，讨论了合成谱向更高 值的观测偏移。
