摘要

我们展示了超导能隙 $\Delta$ 可以如近期理论所预言的那样，在声子谱中被直接观测到。此外，由于每个声子仅探测费米面上一小部分的能隙，因此可以详细研究能隙的各向异性。我们对各向异性常规超导体 YNi $_2$ B $_2$ C 的中子散射研究，展示了声子谱学的这一新应用。
