摘要
收集和处理法庭可采信的证据是任何数字法医调查的基本组成部分。虽然数字证据的处理程序很大程度上借鉴了实物证据收集的既定政策，但由于处理非实物证据存在明显差异，因此需要额外的政策和程序。本文比较并对比了现有的几种数字证据格式或“袋（bags）”，并分析了它们与从网络源收集的证据的兼容性。我们提出了一种新的数字扩展证据袋，专门用于处理从对等网络（P2P）收集的证据，通过纳入网络字节流和即时元数据生成，以辅助快速识别和分析。
