摘要
X射线多投影成像(XMPI)提供光学不透明样品的无旋转三维影像。无旋转实现了更高的成像速度,并通过避免传统旋转层析成像引入的剪切力来保留脆弱的样品动态。在此,我们展示了在ID19光束线(ESRF,法国)利用探测器的全动态范围以每秒1000帧、每投影8 m分辨率对熔融铝中三维动态的XMPI观测。由于XMPI是一种仍在开发中的方法,我们还提供了针对高达每秒3000帧仪器的不同测试。随着全球X射线源通量的增长,XMPI是当前和未来X射线成像仪器的一项有前景的技术。
