爆轰诱导石墨向六方金刚石的相变

摘要
我们利用 ns 时间尺度上的原位同步辐射 X 射线衍射研究了高定向热解石墨(HOPG)在爆轰诱导冲击条件下的结构演化。我们观察到在压力高于 50 GPa 时形成六方金刚石(lonsdaleite,朗斯代尔石),这与近期的气体炮实验在定性上一致。第一性原理密度泛函计算揭示,在单轴压缩下,向六方金刚石转变的能垒低于立方金刚石。最后,直至 >70 GPa 均未观察到立方金刚石形成的迹象。
