基于碰撞估计的道路交通事故检测

摘要
本文介绍一种基于计算机视觉的框架，可利用已安装的监控/CCTV摄像头检测道路交通事故(RCTs)，并将事故发生确切位置与时间实时报告给急救部门。该框架由五个模块构成。我们首先使用YOLO架构检测车辆；第二模块利用MOSSE跟踪器追踪车辆；第三模块为一种基于碰撞估计检测事故的新方法；第四模块中，对每辆车基于剧烈流描述子(ViF)并随后使用SVM分类器进行碰撞预测以判断是否发生事故；最后阶段，若发生事故，系统将通过GPS模块向急救部门发送通知，该模块提供事故的位置、时间与日期，并借助GSM模块发送至急救部门。主要目标是以更少误报实现更高准确率，并基于流水线技术实现简易系统。
