摘要
海上交通的持续增长导致对自动异常检测的需求,这已引起极大研究关注。AIS(自动识别系统)数据提供的信息,结合深度学习近期的卓越进展,使得利用神经网络(NNs)进行船舶监控成为一种非常有前景的方法。本文分析我们近期提出的新型神经网络——GeoTrackNet——在业务场景中的表现。特别地,我们旨在评估(i) GeoTrackNet 检测到的异常行为相对于专家解读的相关性,(ii) GeoTrackNet 实时处理 AIS 数据流的限度。我们报告的实验显示了该模型达到业务水平的高度潜力。
