摘要
我们报告了安装在无制冷剂稀释制冷机中的扫描门显微镜的设计，其基础温度为15 mK。近年来，脉冲管制冷机效率的提高使得无制冷剂系统变得流行。然而，这种新型低温恒温器对执行扫描探针测量提出了挑战，主要是由于制冷机引入的振动。我们展示了在3 K和15 mK下，在1 kHz带宽内，均方根振动分别为0.8 nm和2.1 nm的扫描。
