摘要
随着干式稀释制冷器在科学和工业领域的广泛采用,迫切需要一种高效的减振系统,能够在低温下运行,以实现对敏感设备(如低温探测器或量子装置)所需的低振动水平。作为NUCLEUS实验的一部分,我们设计了一种冷却弹簧摆,以有效隔离脉冲管振动,建立了实验容积的自主参考系,同时维持低于10 mK的温度。在兴趣区域实现了最高可达两个数量级的衰减,轴向位移RMS值约为1 nm,径向位移RMS值约为100 pm,从而将振动水平降低至典型环境水平以下。我们在多个冷却循环中成功的探测器运行,显示对脉冲管引起的振动几乎不敏感,最终在持续运行多个星期的脉冲管操作期间,实现了基于克尺度CaWO低温热力学计的超低 eV基线分辨率。
