摘要

两种理论驱动的电子电离截面模型——Binary-Encounter-Bethe模型和Deutsch-Märk模型——已被设计并实现；它们旨在扩展Geant4工具包的模拟能力。所得结果，连同EEDL数据库中的截面数据，已与覆盖整个周期表中50多种元素的大量实验数据进行了比较。
