光调制色散力的演示

摘要
我们报告了通过改变硅膜中载流子密度来实现色散力光学调制的首次实验。为此,使用了基于高真空的原子力显微镜和氩激光器的激发光脉冲。实验结果与两个理论模型进行了比较。色散力的调制将在光机械微机械中找到应用。
