全场光学相干层析成像中的离焦检测与离焦校正

摘要
我们报告了由于生物组织与水的折射率不匹配而导致的全场OCT生物样品离焦的实验证据及其校正。通过基于图像质量的度量，我们证明能够补偿这种折射率引起的离焦，并在深度方向上恢复清晰的图像。
