准二维氮化CoTa2O6中缺陷调控的室温铁磁性

摘要

准二维(quasi-2D)CoTa2O6的热氨解产生O2-/N3-及阴离子空位有序的Co2+Ta5+2O6-xN2x/3\Boxx/3(x \leq 0.15),衍射、光谱与磁性表征表明其发生了从反铁磁性到缺陷调控的室温以上铁磁性的转变。第一性原理计算揭示铁磁性的起源是一种特定的CoON构型,其中N位于Wyckoff位置8j,打破了关于ab平面的镜面对称性。还预测在约24.5 GPa处发生压力诱导的电子相变,伴随绝缘体-金属转变与磁矩消失。
