摘要
天文学已进入大数据时代，基于机器学习的方法已在大量天文应用中得到广泛使用。近期采用这一新方法的出版物数量的大幅增长证明了这一点。然而，机器学习方法的使用远非易事，许多问题仍有待解决。我们以光度红移的评估为案例研究，概述了主要问题以及一些正在解决的尝试。
