摘要
暗物质搜寻项目需要极低本底辐射的探测器,因为探测器的预期暗物质事件率在一吨探测器质量中一年少于几个事件。作者开发了高放射纯度的 NaI(Tl) 晶体以搜寻暗物质。开发了最佳纯化方法组合,使得 K 和 Pb 分别低于 20 ppb 和 5.7 Bq/kg。作者将构建具有高通量 NaI(Tl) 晶体的大体积探测器系统。本文将报告原型探测器模块的设计与性能。
