摘要
镉锌硒 (CZT) 检测器在室温下提供出色的能量分辨率,使其特别适用于在恶劣环境中的 X 射线和 射线光谱学。在 SIDDHARTA-2 项目的 DANE 共振器中,已开发出一种基于 CZT 的检测系统,以实现对中等质量范围 K 型原子跃迁的精确测量。本文报告了在共振器运行状态下进行的校准活动结果,旨在评估检测器性能。我们使用一个包括准半球形 CZT 传感器阵列和 Eu 源的专用 setup,对其光谱响应进行表征。重构的发射线被拟合为一种模型,考虑到高斯响应和不完全电荷复收集的尾部,并通过比较测量峰位置与其名义能量来评估检测器的线性性。结果表明,CZT 检测器在共振器运行时表现出优异的线性性和稳定性,确认其适用于 DANE 上的未来 K 型原子光谱学。
