受扰回音壁模式微腔的圆柱光束传播建模

摘要
我们使用圆柱坐标系下的二维有限差分光束传播法，模拟了受扰回音壁模式微腔中的光传播。通过该公式研究了受聚苯乙烯纳米珠扰动的回音壁微腔的光学性质。还研究了由腔体椭圆率引起的光扰动以及品质因子退化。
