摘要
从光导率和弛豫率的角度理论考察了石墨烯中回旋辐射与发射的特殊性，并提出磁场中的石墨烯可作为实现 Landau 能级激光器的候选者，该构想早在数十年前即被提出 [H. Aoki, Appl. Phys. Lett. {\bf 48}, 559 (1986)]。
