准中性外延石墨烯中动态磁导率引起的载流子散射

摘要
通过朗道能级光谱学，探测了准中性多层外延石墨烯中电子散射时间的能量依赖性。从朗道能级展宽中，我们发现散射率随能量线性增加。这揭示了石墨烯朗道能级谱的一个令人惊讶的性质——可分辨的朗道能级数量随外加磁场保持不变。对所研究的石墨烯系统中可能的散射机制和载流子迁移率给出了见解。
