漫反射信号与葡萄糖浓度及散射体尺寸的循环相关性

摘要
分析了光学相干断层扫描 (OCT) 信号强度在组织模体和人体血液样本中测量葡萄糖浓度的效用。基于扩散方程的计算以及体内 OCT 信号测量均证实，信号强度与葡萄糖浓度及散射体尺寸之间存在循环相关性。
