电流诱导的Nd0.5Ca0.5MnO3和Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3晶体中的相控制

摘要
Nd0.5Ca0.5MnO3和Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3单晶在低温下表现出电流诱导的绝缘-金属相变。此外,随着电流增大,电荷有序相变温度会降低。电阻率比(定义为r0.5/rI,其中r0.5为电流为0.5mA时的电阻率,rI为给定施加电流I时的电阻率)随温度和I值而显著变化。在Nd0.5Ca0.5MnO3和Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3中观察到的热滞后表明该相变为一级相变。电流引起的变化幅度相当于磁场引起的变化,Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3中的绝缘-金属相变因此伴随较大的电阻率下降。
