高磁场下 Co/Cu/Co 纳米柱中当前诱导的磁化翻转

摘要
实验研究了在垂直于层面施加大偏置磁场下,Co/Cu/Co 三层纳米柱中当前诱导的磁化动力学。观察到在大电流密度下一种电流极性对应的动态电阻出现突然且滞性的增加,这与在低场下观察到的巨磁阻效应相当。一种包含自旋传递扭矩的微磁模型表明,电流会导致薄 Co 层的磁化完全翻转至与施加磁场呈反平行态,即处于最大磁能状态。
