ZrAs1.4Se0.5中晶体无序性与结构二水平系统上的电子散射

摘要
通过化学气相运输法生长了 ZrAs1.4Se0.5 (PbFCl 型结构)的单晶。尽管其热力学和输运性质属于典型金属，但电阻在低温时表现出浅薄的最小值。应用强磁场并不影响这一异常。ZrAs1.4Se0.5中电阻最小值的显然来源于导电电子与结构二水平系统之间的相互作用。从 X 射线衍射和电子微探针研究推断，As-Se 亚结构存在显著无程性。
