摘要
研究表明，磁电多铁性 BiFeO3-PbTiO3 中的准同型相界 (MPB) 独特地依赖于晶粒尺寸。该系统在烧结过程中表现出异常晶粒生长 (AGG) 现象，晶粒尺寸从约 1 微米急剧增加到约 10 微米。大尺寸的自由晶粒（10 微米）表现出纯四方相。当尺寸减小到约 1 微米后，相共存开始出现。这些结果证明，尺寸而非内应力，是稳定该系统相共存的控制机制。
