摘要
我们研究了一个电子双量子阱系统的隧穿特性，其中每个量子阱的最低朗道能级处于半填充状态。该系统预期为激子的玻色 - 爱因斯坦凝聚态。我们的四端子直流测量揭示了层间电压几乎消失，并存在依赖于凝聚态强度的临界隧穿电流。
