伽马射线暴理论的批判性检验

摘要
对极剧烈伽马射线暴(GRBs)的X射线余辉进行的非常长且精确的后续测量，使得对GRB理论进行批判性检验成为可能。在此我们表明，GRB 130427A（由Swift、Chandra和XMM Newton空间天文台观测到的、有记录以来最长且测量最精确的剧烈GRB的X射线余辉）以及所有其他已知剧烈GRBs的X射线余辉随时间的单幂律衰减，正是由GRBs的炮弹(CB)模型根据其测得的光谱指数所预测的，而与广泛接受的火球(FB)模型所预测的不符。
