摘要

采用相干势近似（CPA）的基本思想，发展了一种用于强关联无序材料的电子结构计算方法。在此方法框架内，研究了强关联 Ni $_{1-x}$ Zn $_x$ O 固溶体的电子结构及自旋磁矩值随浓度 $x$ 的演化。所得的能隙与磁矩值与现有实验数据相符。
