本报告将讨论各种实验如何解决以下问题：第3中微子质量本征态的 $\nu_e$ 味含量、 $\sin^2 \theta_{13}$ 、中微子的质量排序、 ${\rm sign}(\delta m^2_{31})$ 以及中微子扇区中是否存在CP破坏（ $\sin \delta \neq 0$ ）。
