摘要
实验研究了自旋转移纳米振荡器（STNO）对外部微波信号的相位锁定行为，作为 STNO 内禀参数的函数。我们使用受迫 STNO 的推导相位动力学从数据中提取了耦合强度。相位锁定时耦合强度随振荡器内禀特征（即功率、线宽、电流敏捷度）的变化趋势，对于优化相互耦合 STNO 阵列的发射功率至关重要。
