摘要
我们表明，超洁净石墨烯双层结构中的库仑拖曳可通过调节外部栅压来控制电流通断比。因此，尽管石墨烯仍保持半金属性质，双层石墨烯系统却可以从导电态调节至高阻态。我们表明，我们的结果解释了无序SiO2衬底上双层石墨烯样品中库仑拖曳的先前数据。
