摘要
人工智能（AI）日益成为不可或缺的顾问。若AI说服人们做出不诚实行为，则会产生新的伦理担忧。在一项实验中，我们研究了AI建议（由自然语言处理算法生成）如何影响（不）诚实行为，将其与同等的人类建议进行比较，并检验关于建议来源的透明度是否重要。我们发现，促进不诚实的建议会增加不诚实行为，而促进诚实的建议并不会增加诚实行为。对于AI建议和人类建议均是如此。算法透明度——一种常被提议用于缓解AI风险的策略——并不影响行为。这些发现标志着负责任地管理AI建议的第一步。
