硫-硒合金涂层的耐腐蚀性能

摘要
尽管经过数十年的研究,金属腐蚀在许多工程应用中仍是一项长期存在的挑战。具体而言,设计一种能在非生物与生物环境中均抗腐蚀的材料仍然难以实现。在此,我们设计了一种轻质硫-硒(S-Se)合金,具有高刚度与延展性,可作为通用耐腐蚀涂层,在广泛多样环境中对钢的防护效率达约 99.9%。S-Se 涂层低碳钢在非生物(模拟海水与硫酸钠溶液)与生物(硫酸盐还原菌培养基)环境中的腐蚀速率比裸金属低 6–7 个数量级。该涂层粘附性强且机械稳健。我们将该合金在多样环境中的高耐腐蚀性归因于其半结晶、无孔、抗菌及粘弹性的本质,以及优异的机械性能,使其能成功阻挡多种扩散物质。
