核心还是尖点:一个具有明亮中心像的红移1强透镜星系团的中心暗物质轮廓

我们报告了SPT-CLJ2011-5228,这是一个由位于z=1.06处的星系团产生的巨型弧系统。该弧系统因存在一个明亮的中心像而引人注目。源是一个位于z_s=2.39的莱曼断裂星系,在14角秒半径的爱因斯坦环内所包含的质量为10^{14.2}太阳质量。我们对透镜图像进行了完整的光轮廓重建,以精确推断质量分布的参数。中心像的亮度要求透镜的中心总密度轮廓是浅的。通过将暗物质拟合为一个广义的Navarro-Frenk-White轮廓——其中内密度斜率为一个自由参数——我们发现断裂半径为270^{+48}_{-76} kpc,并且内密度随半径以幂律-0.38±0.04下降(68%置信度)。如此浅的轮廓与我们对于弛豫冷暗物质晕的理解存在强烈冲突;仅含暗物质的模拟预测内密度应以r^{-1}形式下降。如果该星系团实际上是一个并合体,这种冲突可以得到缓解;一个双晕模型也能重建数据,其两个子团(密度分别以r^{-0.8}和r^{-1.0}下降)与仅含暗物质模拟的预测更为一致。在我们暗能量巡天成像的分辨率下,我们无法在这两种模型之间做出选择,但我们为即将到来的哈勃空间望远镜成像做出了预测,后者将决定性地区分它们。
