摘要
我们考虑具有相似频谱访问权限的有限数量运营商之间的频谱共享。设计了一种在无线接入网（RAN）层级起作用的协调协议。该协议是非合作的，但假定各方同意一组协商规则。信令开销低，且不需要获知竞争对手的信道状态信息。不涉及货币交易；相反，频谱共享基于 RAN 内部的虚拟货币。该协议适用于互租场景以及运营商组成频谱池的场景。协议对运营商的干扰和负载变化具有反应性，并在模拟的小蜂窝场景中相比不使用任何协调协议表现出增益。
