离子液体辅助研磨可控选择性剥离高质量石墨烯纳米片和纳米点

摘要
通过在少量离子液体中对天然石墨进行机械研磨剥离,选择性地制备了大批量的石墨烯纳米片和纳米点。所得石墨烯片和点无溶剂,且源自起始石墨的天然吸附氧含量低。薄片厚度仅为两到五层。石墨烯纳米点的直径范围为 9-29 nm,高度范围为 1-16 nm,可通过改变加工时间来控制。
