计算了Geminga超新星对当地宇宙线通量的贡献，假设在数十万年前与Geminga脉冲星一起形成的遗迹中发生了高达10^14 eV的激波加速。使用简单的扩散模型将粒子传播到地球。在能谱“膝”以下的区域，假设合理的爆炸参数，发现该超新星可能贡献当地宇宙线通量的10%。在该能量区域，对各向异性振幅的贡献与数据不冲突。
