摘要
本文旨在基于函数系综的哈希性质概念,证明窃听信道编码问题和密钥协商问题的编码定理。这些定理表明,使用稀疏矩阵的码可以达到最优速率。此外,还证明了窃听信道和密钥协商的固定速率通用编码定理。
