摘要
磁体系统是瓦特天平的关键组件之一。对于美国国家标准与技术研究院 (National Institute of Standards and Technology) 正在建造的新型瓦特天平，我们选择了一套永磁体系统。我们描述了该磁体系统的详细构建过程、磁场分布的首次测量结果，以及为实现平坦磁场分布所采用的匀场技术。在 5 cm 的范围内，径向磁通密度的相对变化小于 。我们进一步表征了该磁体最重要的方面，并对源于该磁体系统的几种系统效应给出了数量级估计。
