磁性点接触中的电导量子化与磁阻

摘要
我们从理论上研究了通过磁性点接触（PC）的电子输运，特别关注原子尺度畴壁（DW）的影响。在这种原子尺度 DW 中，传导电子的自旋进动是被禁止的，量子化电导序列取决于左右电极之间磁化的相对取向。对于窄 PC，磁阻得到显著增强，并随电导振荡。
