摘要
本报告考虑计算马尔可夫随机场参数的Cramer-Rao界的问题。对于大多数感兴趣的场，精确界的计算是不可行的，因为它们的似然函数难以处理且导数也难以处理。我们展示了如何将界的计算表述为一个统计推断问题，可以通过蒙特卡洛方法近似求解，且精度可任意高。所提出的方法成功应用于Ising和Potts模型，用于评估这些马尔可夫随机场参数的三种最先进估计器的性能。
