摘要
我们研究以负折射率介质（NIM）平板作为组成层的层状介质的共振隧穿。我们证明了由结构的表面模式和导波模式介导的透射具有低损耗的大延迟。我们展示了将NIM色散纳入考量对于正确评估延迟的性质与量级至关重要。我们还指出了NIM吸收对于此类紧凑型延迟器件可行性的作用。
