癌发生中上皮组织弹性与表面张力的竞争

摘要
我们推导了一个连续介质力学模型，以捕捉上皮组织癌前阶段发生的形态变化。该模型旨在研究上皮体的体积弹性与顶侧、基侧表面张力之间的竞争。据此模型，当顶-基张力失衡达到临界值时，会触发亚临界分岔，上皮获得其生理折叠形态。基于文献中可得数据，我们的模型预测癌前细胞比健康细胞更软。
