摘要
Nodland 和 Ralston (astro-ph/9704196) 声称发现证据表明存在与波长无关的宇宙双折射。虽然已有工作 (astro-ph/9704247, astro-ph/9704263) 表明其数据并不支持此结论，但此类效应仍具兴趣。本文采用高分辨率射电图像，对遥远射电星系和类星体进行更精确的检验。初步结果表明，上限比原先声称的低约三十倍。
