将蒙特卡洛树搜索与证明数搜索相结合

摘要
证明数搜索（PNS）与蒙特卡洛树搜索（MCTS）已成功应用于多种博弈中的决策。本文提出一种称为 PN-MCTS 的新方法，通过将证明数与反证数的概念引入 MCTS 的 UCT 公式，将这两种树搜索方法结合起来。实验结果表明，PN-MCTS 在包括 Lines of Action、MiniShogi、Knightthrough 和 Awari 在内的若干博弈中优于基础 MCTS，胜率最高达 94.0%。
