巨介电常数：CaCu3Ti4O12相关材料中的常见现象

摘要
在目前的工作中，我们证明，除了众所周知的巨介电常数材料CaCu3Ti4O12之外，Ln2/3Cu3Ti4O12系列（其中Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm）的各种成员也表现出巨大的介电常数值。与CaCu3Ti4O12一样，所有这些材料都表现出麦克斯韦-瓦格纳型弛豫过程。对于最佳材料Pr2/3Cu3Ti4O12，我们提供了其在高达1 GHz的宽频率范围内介电特性的详细研究。内部势垒（很可能是晶界）处的极化似乎是观测到的极高介电常数值的原因。综合考虑目前的结果和文献中报道的结果。
