相干X射线衍射成像：应用与局限

摘要
衍射图样的反演可提供无像差的衍射极限三维图像，没有基于透镜的层析系统的分辨率与景深限制，唯一限制在于辐射损伤。我们回顾实验成果，讨论该技术的根本极限与未来计划。
