相干谐振 Ka 波段光子微波接收机

摘要
我们在理论上提出并在实验上演示了一种工作在 35 GHz 载波频率的相干微波光子接收机。该器件基于耦合到微波带状线谐振器的铌酸锂或钽酸锂光学回音壁模式谐振器。微波本振与微波信号一同馈入微波谐振器。我们表明，该接收机的灵敏度显著超过基于相同技术的非相干二次方接收机。若使用低噪声激光器，该相干接收机在 5 MHz 频带内可拥有超过 100 dB 的动态范围。
