基于光子集成电路的压缩感知射频接收机

摘要

制备了一种由11 cm多模散斑波导、1x32分束器和线性光栅耦合器阵列构成的光子集成电路,并利用35 MHz锁模激光器接收从2.5至4.5 GHz、带宽为2 GHz的射频信号。
