摘要
我们展示了通过在自组装倒六角坑中引入金属纳米颗粒（Au 和 Ag），对 InGaN/GaN 多量子阱中相干折叠纵向声学声子 (ZFLAPs) 振荡的调控。由于金属纳米颗粒 (NPs) 的静电荷效应，在光致发光光谱中观察到了蓝移和红移。由于插入材料系统中的金属 NPs，ZFLAPs 振荡的周期性发生了变化。
