对 Sloan Digital Sky Survey Early Data Release 的星系的二维高分辨率密度场（光滑长度为 0.8 h^{-1} Mpc）用于提取星系团，低分辨率密度场（光滑长度为 10^{-1} Mpc）用于提取星系超团。我们比较了密度场星系团和超星系团的属性与基于 Abell 星系团所发现的星系团和超星系团。我们发现密度环境中星系团的亮度是低密度环境中星系团亮度的约 5 倍。SDSS 北部和南部样本之间存在较大的各向异性，表现为星系团和超星系团属性的差异：北部样本中最亮的星系团和超星系团亮度是南部相应系统的约 2 倍。
